A lot of stuff goes down in the Teacher's Lounge. I remember a lot of conversations that happened there. For whatever reason, toxic negativity seems to just ...POOL there. It got so bad sometimes that I started eating in the lunch room with the kids. Later in my career, I started eating just in my classroom, which is how most teachers ate.

In today's #TeachedUpComics, we are first introduced to the Teachers' Lounge. I have lots of stories that came out of this place. My number-one piece of advice to new #teachers? Stay out of it (or only dip your toes in to test the waters). It can be a rough place.
