In today's episode, two co-workers meet for the first time. Ned works the night shift (we'll figure that out soon enough), and he'll help Mr. Culpepper (hey, look! he has a first name!) figure out this whole first-year-teacher thing.
Looks like a lot of folks are prepping to unofficially mentor Mr. Culpepper, here. #ittakesavillage to raise a teacher.
